In this brand new creativity and wellbeing workshop, we’ll be exploring how the practice of creativity frees us from the limits we can place on ourselves as adults. I’ll lovingly guide you in getting curious about what’s important to you. At the end, you’ll know how to invite inspiration to flow through you.
When: Friday 10th May
Time: 10am-2pm
Where: Feel Good Club (the greenhouse room)
What:
Have you been feeling a little uninspired? Do you ever feel stuck in coming up with new ideas, or honing in on your purpose? Would you love the time and space to re-engage with your innate creativity?
Creative expression has been shown to reduce stress, improve mental health and help us access our thoughts and emotions.
Group activities will include:
✍ Freewriting, including journalling and story writing
🎨 Creative play through intuitive art-making
🫀Meditative breathing and heart-based inquiry
You can expect to:
🫶 Be welcomed into an intimate, supportive group, inspiring each other by sharing thoughts and ideas
🧠 Engage in activities to hone in on your values, develop self-compassion and identify what you want to give to the world
💭 Be guided in a peaceful practice of somatic inquiry, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to unlock your creativity
This workshop will help us reconnect with the artist we all have within. We will develop new ideas using powerful techniques that speak to our soul. I’ve put together a framework for creating the magical conditions that will allow your vision to become clearer. 🧑🎨
What you do with those ideas is up to you. Perhaps you’re seeking inspiration solely for your own self-exploration and wellbeing, to carve out some time for yourself, or to soothe the creator in you that feels compelled to express itself. 👁️
Maybe you’d like to innovate more in your work, bring new energy to a side project or sow the seeds for a potential new calling in life. 🌱
Whatever your motivation, I’ll support you in getting quiet with yourself, nurturing your inner world and remembering who you are. ✨
Includes: 4-hour workshop and lunch
Price:
£35 (earlybird until Friday 26th)
£45 (after 26th)
