  • Didsbury Parsonage (Room 1) Stenner Lane Manchester, England, M20 2RQ United Kingdom (map)

Learn how to manage your anxiety and enjoy a group breathwork session, in the tranquil surroundings of this Grade II listed building located within glorious gardens.

When: Saturday 27th April

Time: 2-4pm

Where: The Old Parsonage, Stenner Ln, Didsbury, Manchester M20 2RQ

What: Join me at The Old Parsonage to sharpen your coping tools for stress and enjoy a group breathwork session in this special workshop, giving ourselves permission to pause in a picturesque setting. Featuring gentle, heart-led activities designed to nurture balance and resilience; and the time for a longer breathe than my weekly classes. 💆🏻‍♀️🧘‍♀️

It takes place inside the peaceful, simply gorgeous surroundings of this Grade II listed building, located within glorious gardens. Worth a visit for the windows alone 🤩 Not to mention the sensory treat of delightful birdsong out in the well-kept, blossoming park, which has won Gold in RHS competitions and was named ‘the best garden in Manchester‘ 🌳🦋🌸🌼🐦

It’ll be a rejuvenating afternoon of relaxation, connection and learning, giving yourself the space to be truly present to your body and mind. You’ll be guided throughout the session by me (Becky), a fully qualified and insured facilitator in conscious connected breathwork and integrative somatic release. 🤍

I’ve talked publicly about my methods for managing ADHD and a diagnosed anxiety disorder, as well as some difficult life events over the last year. I'll share what I've learned, both personally and during my breathwork training in Mexico, Barcelona and the UK, working with breathwork participants on their healing and inner work. I’m also currently in counselling skills training, as I’m passionate about expanding my capacity for supporting others with their mental health. 🧠

I look forward to exploring the topic of stress with you and being in this beautiful group. Making space to show ourselves softness and self-compassion is vital for soothing our nervous systems and strengthening our everyday relaxation strategies. 💭🫀🫁
