How to Love Yourself More and Feel Less Lonely: A Self-Love Webinar

Have you ever struggled with understanding self-love, or struggle to maintain good habits around it?

You’re not alone.

And when so many of us don’t show ourselves enough love, how can we possibly give enough to anyone else?

It has a knock-on effect, because when we’re disconnected from ourselves and the world, feelings of loneliness grow.

Loneliness is associated with increased risk of stress, anxiety and depression.

And the leading causes of disease and illness by 2031 are predicted to be - yep, you guessed it - stress, anxiety and depression.

One of my biggest passions is to help people feel less alone. This doesn’t mean *oh god don’t be alone* - but to feel totally comfortable being yourself, especially when in your own company. I’m still working on this too - but I want to share what I’ve learned so far, as I’ve REALLY committed to it the last few years.

So I’m creating a safe space of human connection in this self-love and loneliness webinar. It’ll be a little bit heartwarming, a little bit uplifting and a little bit informative (I hope). Ok I hope it’s A LOT all those things, but I didn’t wanna get too ahead of myself...

I’ll also share what others have taught me through training, therapy, coaching, my podcast and events; then there’ll be a musical interlude, self-love tips from the Same Shit, Different Brain community, and a short history lesson on the origins of Valentine’s Day - and where it all went so HORRIBLY wrong. (Jk…sort of).
